Before you dig out the packing tape and trudge over to the post office, fire off an email to ReturnsGenius@RoadID.com. One of our helpful Customer Service reps will hook you up with a hassle-free solution.

- Return Window: If, at any time, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will do everything in our power to make you happy, whether it require a refund or an exchange. We do not require that you contact us within a certain period of time. We do, however, ask that you maintain your high level of awesomeness.
- Refunds: If you wish to receive your refund in some other way (a sackful of nickels, perhaps?), please contact Customer Service at 800-345-6336, or direct your emails to ReturnsGenius@RoadID.com.
- Return Shipping Costs: If you need to exchange an item you purchased, we ask that you pay for the return postage. We will save you from the arduous task of hand-scribing our mailing address, however, with a handy-dandy return label at the link below. On the other hand, if you receive a defective item, a return is not warranted. Simply contact Customer Service at 800-345-6336, or CustomerService@RoadID.com, and we will take care of you. Lickety-split.

But, we’ll save you the arduous task of hand-scribing the mailing address. You can trust that we'll process your return or exchange with cheetah-like speed and dexterity.
