Are you trying to register a ROAD iD to your Emergency Response Profile?
This could mean you have already registered that Serial Number and PIN. Click the 'My Account' button located on the top left of this page. Do you now see your serial number in the Emergency Response Profile (ERP) section? If it's there, you're all set. If you don't see this serial number listed, it's possible you have already registered it to an ERP that is being housed under a different account (which is using a different email address). This means you may have already created another Interactive Account using a different email address. Feel free to contact us if you're not sure.
Are you trying to log in using the First Responder Login?
If you're receiving this message, it likely means you haven't registered your Road ID to your Emergency Response Profile yet. If you need to register your ID, edit your Emergency Response Profile, or access account options, you should enter your email and password into the Customer Login section below. You will need to have your Road ID in hand before you can register it.
Your serial and PIN are meant to be used in the event of an emergency. Medical personnel will log in via the First Responder Login section in order to get the vital information they're looking for.
NOTE: If your Road ID has been reported as Lost or Stolen, this message would also be displayed.
